STANDARD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE INCLUDES:

  • An initial introductory visit, full inventory, photos…
  • Advertising on our website
  • Advertising for winter rental (period from october-may)
  • Profile on booking.com & another property portal
  • Meeting and greeting service between 10am-8pm
  • Arranging directions to the property via email communication
  • Meeting the guests with keys
  • Taking copies of guests passports
  • Showing the guests the property and the community
  • Answering/helping any question/doubt they may have during their stay
  • Receive a key deposit
  • On departure we check the property for any breakage, loss or damage
  • Retain if needed from key deposit
  • Overall property checks on the property to ensure that it is property ventilated and functioning fully, every 2 months when property is empty
  • Quaterly property report
  • Damp checks and airing where necessary to avoid damp issues or water leaks from burst pipes or neighbouring properties
  • Check for vermin or infestation of creepy crawlies
  • Security check to ensure that an alarm system if fitted is working correctly or if the property is securely locked
  • 1 emergency call out free of charge
